APEL ÎNSCRIERE – MASĂ ROTUNDĂ DEDICATĂ ZILEI MONDIALE A CONSUMATORULUI – 15 MARTIE 2025

Catedra Jean Monnet privind Europenizarea Moldovei printr-o economie circulară care funcționează pentru consumatori / ECOCONS, implementată de ASEM, are plăcerea de a anunța organizarea unui eveniment special consacrat Zilei Mondiale a Consumatorilor, care va avea loc pe 14 martie 2025, începând cu ora 13:00.

Lansăm un apel pentru speakeri inspiraționali  și experți în domeniul protecției consumatorilor, economiei circulare și dezvoltării sustenabile, care să își împărtășească cunoștințele și viziunile în cadrul acestui eveniment.

Ce căutăm?

  • Experți în drepturile consumatorilor;
  • Reprezentanți ai instituțiilor publice;
  • Profesioniști în domeniul economiei ecologice;
  • Reprezentanți ai organizațiilor de consumatori;
  • Cercetători sau cadre academice implicate în subiectele sustenabilității;
  • Practicieni din industrie cu soluții inovative pentru consumatori.

Conference Programme Committee and Organising Committee kindly invite you to participate in the International Scientific Conference “ Competitiveness and Innovation in the Knowledge Economy”

The conference will be held on 22th and 23th of September 2023 at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and simultaneously online via the Zoom platform.

The conference is an interdisciplinary one, bringing together specialists from the economic and legal fields.

Registration call – WORKSHOP DEDICATED TO WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY – JUNE 05, 2023

World Environment Day is celebrated annually on June 5 and is the European Union’s main vehicle for encouraging awareness and action for environmental protection. The World Environment Day workshop will create an opportunity to raise awareness of environmental issues such as environmental pollution, human overpopulation, global warming, sustainable consumption and the advantages of the circular economy in relation to reducing consumerism.

The workshop is presented on a specific theme of the business field, non-governmental organizations, communities, governments to support the stimulation of the consumption of products included in the circular economy, involving other students from universities where there are no specializations in law or economics, namely : “Ion Creangă” State Pedagogical University, Agrarian University of Moldova, Technical University of Moldova, etc.

The purpose of the event will be the issuance of certificates with European accreditation and the identification code of the ECOCONS project. The event will be attended by: academics and students; Civil society; civil servants at local and state level; Civil society actors; Representatives of different levels of education; Mass media – about 30 participants. The event will take place both in the Europe Café of the EU Delegation, at 97 Alexei Șciusev str., Chisinau municipality, RM.

Participants, based on the attendance list, will receive certificates of participation. Registration deadline: 03.06.2023, 12.00

WORKSHOP DEDICATED TO WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY – JUNE 05, 2023

Linear Economy versus Circular Economy? Consumer versus Professional? Does the consumer have the possibility to opt for sustainable products?

These practical values as well as other aspects were the subject of discussions in the JEAN MONNET ECOCONS WORKSHOP on “The advantages of the circular economy during climate change”, organized on June 5, 2023, on the occasion of the World Environment Day.

World Environment Day is celebrated annually on June 5 and is the European Union’s main vehicle for encouraging awareness and action for environmental protection.

The World Environment Day workshop created an opportunity to raise awareness of environmental issues such as environmental pollution, human overpopulation, global warming, sustainable consumption and the advantages of the circular economy in relation to reducing consumerism.

The real challenge of the event was to discuss EU circular economy policies, in addition to national regulatory aspects by leveraging consumer behavior through their daily habits and decisions to opt for demand for products and services included in the circular economy.

The workshop was moderated by the project coordinator Dr. Hab. Olesea Plotnic with the active participation of the speakers: Acad. Alexandru Stratan, Dr. Dorin Cimil, Andrei Cucoș, Denis Macovschi, Dr. Natalia Zamfir, Oxana Paladiciuc, Angela Bostan, Cornelia Cazacu, Dr. Veceaslav Zaporojan, Larisa Tcaci.

Impact of the event:
Encouraging sustainable production among entrepreneurs: Companies should be encouraged to produce sustainable goods and services and consider the full life cycle of products. For example, they could improve product design to be easier to repair or recycle, or consider using reusable or biodegradable packaging.;

Improving waste management: Waste management is an important aspect of the circular economy. Moldova could consider improving recycling and composting infrastructure, as well as promoting waste reduction through education and public awareness programs.

Use of renewable energy: Moldova could consider using renewable energy to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This could include promoting local production of renewable energy such as solar panels or wind turbines.

The Jean Monnet Chair on the Europeanization of Moldova through a circular economy that works for consumers / ECOCONS is implemented in the period 2022-2025 by the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova with the support of the Erasmus + Program of the European Union in partnership with the Henri Capitant Association of Legal Culture / AHCCJ and the European Institute for Initiatives, Reforms and Education /ASPIRE.

Roundtable dedicat ZILEI MONDIALE A DREPTURILOR  CONSUMATORULUI organizată de Catedra Jean Monnet privind Europenizarea Moldovei printr-o economie circulară care funcționează pentru consumatori / ECOCONS „Protecția Consumatorilor și Economia Circulară” 15 MARTIE 2024, ora 13:00

Avem onoarea de a vă invita să participați  în cadrul evenimentului dedicat Zilei Mondiale a Drepturilor Consumatorului cu privire la subiectul „Protecția Consumatorului și Economia Circulară”, organizat pentru data de 15 martie 2024 ora 13.00 în cadrul Academiei de Studii Economice din Moldova în colaborare cu AO Henri Capitant al Asociației de Cultură Juridică “AHCCJ” și Institutul European de Inițiative, Reforme și Educație “ASPIRE”.

Scopul evenimentului este de a sărbători Zilei Mondiale a Drepturilor Consumatorului în parteneriat cu Clinica Juridică din cadrul ASEM, sărbătorită în fiecare an la  data de 15 martie.

 

În cadrul evenimentului vor fi discutate, dar fără a se limita la, subiecte precum:

–       Drepturile consumatorului în cadrul economiei circulare

–       Practic judiciară la nivelul Curții de Apel și a Curții Supreme de Justiție;

–       Practica judiciară cu privire la protecția intereselor economice ale consumatorilor

–       Avantajele economiei circulare și garanțiile comerciale;

Un proiect de ordine de zi a evenimentului va fi trimis săptămâna viitoare în baza listei online de înregistrare..

La eveniment vor fi invitați antreprenori, judecători, avocați, funcționari publici, dar și studenți de licență, masteranzi și doctoranzi din diferite universități, cadre universitare, cercetători și reprezentanți ai societății civile.

Evenimentul se va desfășura în cadrul ASEM (bloc F, etajul 2, sala 203), pe str. Bănulescu Bodoni 61

Participanții vor fi eligibili pentru un certificat de participare.
