Project coordinator

University professor and coordinator of the ECOCONS project, specializing in Consumer Law, Business Law. He is a licensed lawyer, CEDR mediator and arbitrator. He has over 18 years of experience in the field of law and teaches in Russian, English and French. He has been a trainer since 2012 within the National Institute of Justice (initial and continuous training of judges and prosecutors).

Teaching experience at Bachelor’s and Master’s level, thesis coordinator of 3 doctoral theses (authorized since – 2015). Between 2008-2015 he held the position of deputy director of the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance. He was a member of the Disciplinary Board of Judges within the Superior Council of Magistracy and a member of the Disciplinary Board within the National Union of Judicial Executors.

He has 18 years of experience in higher education and research activities in the field of implementing innovative methods of teaching and learning about international and European Union standards for the protection of human rights. It places a strong emphasis on the use of modern ICT and student teamwork by applying problem-based learning in the small student group.

University lecturer in the Department of International and European Law, Faculty of Law of the State University of Moldova, specializing in International and European Environmental Law, Human Rights in the European Union. Dr. Natalia Zamfir has experience in curriculum development, she was directly involved in the design and implementation of a new Master’s Program in Human Rights. As a result, in 2013 a new master’s program in human rights was launched by the Faculty of Law of USM, which includes about 16 special courses, and a new library of about 350 book titles, established to support the new methods of teaching used in the master’s program.

It developed a new discipline and a new curriculum on Human Rights in Europe. In addition, he participated in the organization of more than 10 workshops and trainings for the teaching staff of the Faculty of Law on topics related to Human Rights, the development of school programs, interactive teaching methods, etc. Experience in coordinating and carrying out activities within the EU project regarding the program Introducing Problem Based Learning in Moldova: Towards Enhancing Students (PBLMD), Erasmus+.

She is the winner of the bronze medal as a team member at the International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT” for the development of the innovation system of the motorization of the quality of the Black Sea river ecosystems in the context of climate change.

COJOCARU Vladlen

Project member

University lecturer at the “Private Law” Chair, Faculty of General Economics and Law of the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova and ECOCONS project member. He has experience in curriculum development of education and training programs for universities in the Republic of Moldova. He has shown great dynamism in promoting didactic excellence in the field of European law. Teaching experience: teaches subjects: “European Union Institutional Law”, “European Business Law”, “International Public Law” (Russian and Romanian), “European General Law”, “Constitutional and Administrative Law”, “European Public Law “.

In recent years, he has been actively involved in the promotion of European law by participating in national and international conferences, including projects such as the Jean Monnet Chair in EU policies for the protection of the economic interests of consumers / EU4CONS and the EUPROIN project / Jean Monnet Support for Associations in Integration Studies European and Intellectual Property Protection / EUPROIN.

He published about 15 didactic and scientific works, including 1 textbook: “Compatibility of national law with the law of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms”( 2015). OLĂRAȘU Nicolae

Project member

Doctoral student in the Doctoral School of Legal Sciences of the Academy of Public Administration absorbed by the State University of Moldova, having as a research field the efficiency of the activity of public authorities empowered with the right to consumer protection. In the 8 scientific articles published in national and international journals, he addressed aspects of public administration in the field of consumer protection and the transposition of European legislation. He has 10 years of teaching experience in the field of consumer protection within the College of Administrative and Fiscal Studies.

He is also certified in the field of intellectual property (authorized representative), quality infrastructure. He has extensive experience in the field of market surveillance and consumer protection thanks to his work in the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance, as head of department, being responsible for organizing information, counseling and education activities for consumers and the business environment in the regarding compliance with commercial and quality infrastructure requirements.

Until March 2023, he held the position of head of the Department of Business Consulting Services within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, being responsible for providing consulting and training services to managers and employees of companies under SAL administration, especially mediation, as part of its main business.
